Meet Christina Sharma, RMT

Christina’s journey into massage therapy began with her paternal grandmother, a skilled healer who inspired a lifelong passion for helping others move and feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

She completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College in South Surrey in 2019, after years of hands‑on experience as a bodyworker in Burnaby. Her background studies in Psychology at Langara College deepen her understanding of the mind‑body connection.

Today, Christina practices in Downtown Vancouver, combining clinical knowledge with a calm, patient‑centred approach so every treatment feels both effective and supportive.

With a strong foundation in human anatomy and movement, Christina tailors each session to the unique needs of her patients, identifying and treating the root causes of discomfort.

• • Joint Mobilization
• • PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)
